Dual-head Wafer Cream Spreading Machine (Optional)

The dual-head wafer cream spreading machine is a piece of optional wafer biscuit production equipment, and it is intended to coat wafer sheets with cream or chocolate. This machine is able to deal with chocolate, so it is also known as a wafer chocolate spreading machine, and 3 auto-heated trolleys are supplied by us to deliver cream or chocolate after mixing.

Feature
1. This wafer cream spreading machine takes advantage of two spreading heads to coat cream (and/or chocolate) on cooled wafer sheets respectively, and this operation is carried out as per a predetermined program. After cream (and/or chocolate) is coated on the wafer sheets uniformly, wafer sheets and cream (and/or chocolate) layers will be laminated automatically according to processing parameters that have been set in advance.

2. The number of laminated layer could be set at 4, 5, 6 or other values, and this food processing machine would count layer number automatically.

3. Our cream coating machine has an automatic temperature control device in the spreading roller, and the thickness of cream (or chocolate) layer is adjustable.
