    1. Soft Waffle Baking OvenOur soft waffle production machine automatically spreads waffle batter on every baking plate, and bakes it until waffles are roasted and delivered to the next step by a chain conveyor.
    1. Wafer Batter Aeration SystemThe wafer batter aeration system, also called a waffle batter aerator, is used for the continuous homogenization of waffle batter, and this is achieved by aeration process which would generate tiny and uniform air bubbles in the batter.
    1. Air DryerThe air dryer is utilized to cool compressed air, then the dried and purified compressed air will be delivered to the wafer batter aeration system.
    1. Cooling ConveyorThe cooling conveyor is designed to further remove water content of soft waffles by evaporation and cooling methods, thus making finished waffles suitable for packing.

Soft Waffle Production Line

The soft waffle production line was developed on our own in the year of 2008, and it was successfully released to the market at the beginning of 2009. As a pioneer product in China, it has gained four design patents, three utility model patents and one invention patent. In particular, the invention patent (200910041143.6), i.e. one demoulding and wafer feeding mechanism for soft waffle baking oven, was honored as 2010 Guangdong Province Technological Invention Award (First Rank).

Performance Requirement
1. For the entire soft waffle production line, its electrical components are in accordance with CE standards, while all parts (except baking plates) that will come into contact with wafers are constructed from 304 stainless steel.

2. As for the baking oven, its thermally insulated door is manufactured from 1.2-mm-thick metal materials.

3. The baking oven shall be outfitted with a sound-light alarming device.

4. There should be a safety shield for transmission parts.

Packing
Every single machine of this soft waffle production line is packed by flat rack, and it is covered with a layer of moisture-proof film. Then, these machines are placed in one 40'HQ container and one 40'GP container.
