Wafer and Waffle Production Flow

Wafer and waffle biscuits with new shape and taste tend to be more and more popular on the market, and our wafer production lines could surely manufacture such products, making your biscuits standing out from many competitors. For example, if requested, we could fabricate baking plates with different patterns (square, cylindrical, semi-spherical, etc.), and a basic wafer recipe is also provided.

On the other hand, production flow is actually the most important part for any manufacturing plant, and here are some brief introductions to the production flows of our food processing machinery.

Batter mixing: Before production process, 25kg flour and 40kg water are poured into the wafer batter mixer to get agitated. After 3-5 minutes, corresponding wafer batter, with the volume of about 65L, is created.
