The nutlet sprinkling machine is mainly composed of sprinkling unit, blocking unit and conveyor belt. It is intended to spread granular nutlets into the internal space of half balls neatly, and these nutlets should have an approximately round shape with diameters of 8-10mm.
Working Principle
For this nutlet sprinkler, an optoelectronic switch is equipped on the conveyor belt, and it is used to detect whether there are semi-spherical wafer biscuits on the belt. If the answer is yes, the sprinkling unit will control its cylinder to start later on, and at that time, these wafer biscuits will be just under the sprinkling unit as they are stopped by the blocking unit. Then, nutlets will be dropped into the cavity of semi-spherical wafers. Finally, the blocking unit will act, and wafer biscuits will move on to the next step.
