The KHG-69 boat wafer baking oven is an indispensable device for a boat wafer production line, and it uses LPG to heat up baking plates as controlled by a PLC. This gas-heated oven is utilized to automatically spread wafer batter into moulds on the baking plate, and heat these biscuits until they are well baked and delivered to the next step. In addition, there is an automatic waste cleaning device under the boat wafer baking stove.
