Soft Waffle Production Line: Production Flow
Batter Mixing – Batter Feeding – Baking – Cooling – Packing
1. Batter mixing: 25kg flour and 40kg water are poured into a wafer batter mixer every time, and it takes about 3-5 minutes to convert these ingredients into 65L wafer batter.
2. Batter feeding: There is a rotor pump on the baking oven, and it helps to spray batter on baking plates uniformly.
3. Baking: Our soft waffle baking oven could heat up baking plates to a desired temperature value, and this is controlled by a PLC.
4. Cooling: Soft waffle biscuits are cooled naturally to make them crispy and delicious.
5. Packing: After soft waffles are cooled, they can be packed either manually or automatically.
