The wafer batter aeration system, also called a waffle batter aerator, is used for the continuous homogenization of waffle batter, and this is achieved by aeration process which would generate tiny and uniform air bubbles in the batter. In this way, the yield rate and mouthfeel of finished waffles are improved at the same time. In addition, the aeration motor has a power rating of 11kW.
