The special wafer cream spreader, also known as a non-contact cream spreader, is especially designed for hollow wafer biscuits, and it could deal with both cream and chocolate.
Working Principle
When the optoelectronic switch detects that there is a wafer sheet, it will send signals to the 5-way valve to switch flow direction of the valve, thus raising the stripping knife. Accordingly, the knife edge contacts with spreading roller in a tangent way so as to continuously strip off cream on the spreading roller which keeps rotating all the time, and a cream film is laid onto the wafer sheet uniformly just like a piece of cloth because the wafer sheet is moving at a constant speed. In this regard, this wafer cream spreader is commonly referred to as film spreading machine.
At the end of our wafer cream spreading machine, there are two spatulas for pressing cream or chocolate into the cavities of wafer sheets. On the other hand, there are plastic scrapers underneath the conveyor belt, and they are utilized to scrape off cream residuals into the electrically heated trolley.
